Hello everyone! I'm looking forward to my return to raw. :D I have been a vegan, not always the healthiest vegan :o , for years now and have been raw off and on for a few months at a time. I decided at the first of the year to go back to raw and stick with it. It's so weird how in the past I would allow myself to fall off the raw wagon. I felt WONDERFUL while raw... no digestion problems, energy to keep up with my kids, no "blah" days... the list is long. But for some reason I would sabotoge my efforts, convincing myself that being raw was too ___________. So not only is this a raw food journey, something just about the food, I hope it will help me understand myself a little better. :o I've been lurking about and this site is awesome, so full of information and support!!

I too have come back to 100% since January 1st. Today is Day 12 and it's a wonderful day!

Welcome back! I to have wavered on the raw path a few times and like you, I can never work out exactly why, for similar reasons to all those you mention. I find this forum very helpful -- strength in numbers, and always inspiration and encourgement when one needs it. Good luck!
