fasting - how long?

Hi all!

I am on day 6 of a juice fast. I am trying to figure out how long I want to go. In the past I have done two 7 day juice fasts and a 30 day master cleanse/juice fast (which I would never, ever do again using MC). I think I would like to do at least 10 days this time, but maybe longer. I just don't know. So my question is for those of you that have fasted on juice before what is the longest you have gone? Just curious.

Wow! Sounds like you're doing great. I couldn't help but notice you're from Maine. I grew up there....... It's good see a Maine raw gal:)

I completed a 11 day juice fast at the beginning of this month but there is a website out there called www.juicefeasting.com that talks about doing a 92 day juice fast/feast. And I believe as long as you are drinking the quantity of juice they suggest there probably wouldn't be a problem with this because you are still consuming enough calories for your body to function. JMO.
