I just spent 20 minutes juicing the last of my oranges and blending almonds and stuff for a soup and I accidentally dumped it all over the floor. The only thing enjoying my soup was the Steamvac.
So mad  The tragic part is I'm so clumsy; this is hardly a first!

The same thing happened to my when I was making some raw crackers...they slid off the teflex right onto the floor. I feel your pain!

Oh, honey, I'm so sorry! If you lived near me I'd give you some of my veggies etc... (I'm going away for the weekend and am afraid they'll go bad). But please don't be so hard on yourself. If you were perfect just think how boring you'd be.:)

Aww thanks, and haha so true! I'm just mad because I really wanted that soup. I'm well beyond beating myself up for being a clutz. That's just part of being Laura and Laura is pretty cool I think

I hate it when those things happen. My aunt was making jam from the last berries of the season (she lives in Washington) and dropped all the jars full of berry goo on the floor and had glass and berry slime all over her kitchen. What a nightmare.
I tend to only break glasses of water.

Yesterday morning my full smoothie slipped from my hand while I was doing my hair in my bathroom. It was a mess, but I was most upset because I was getting ready for work and now I needed to make another breakfast. I managed to get another made, but it wasn't as good as the first. :( I was only a little late for work though.

UUGG! I am so sorry I know how you feel. Once I made a nice batch of Alissa's marinara sauce and dumped the whole bowl of it onto the floor and it went spraying everywhere (on my white cabinets, in drawers, all over the floor, on the refrigerator, etc.) I was so depressed!

Thanks! It has, I just went on a 45 min power walk and now I'm hunkering down with some work (which I like doing so it's not negative!).

My biggest raw mishap:
I was preparing my smoothie and adding ingrediens and seasoning it more and more and adding more water and adding more fruits and blending and blending more, a little bit of this a little bit of that. I made over 2 litres ....and it wasn't drinkable at all - the combination of ingredients and spices was too wildly creative for my conservative taste buds.
Now i know and keep it simple:)

My latest tragedy was knocking my smoothie over onto my computer ... luckily it was thick enough not to go inside before I could wipe it up!
When I first started making smoothies, I didn't hold down the lid and a date hit the lid and popped it off, shooting green smoothie all over me and my kitchen ::laughing::: That would have made a funny movie!:D

yeah I did this once too. Added too much ginger. It was terrible and I ended up adding more and more ingredients to hide the taste but nothing worked. I ended up getting rid of the concoction. I guess that is how we learn though!
I broke a new,500 ml. bottle of hemp seed oil. It fell out of the fridge door when I opened it and fell on the old red tiled floor. The good thing is that it sealed the tiles in the places it landed and the floor there looks great now. I just have to use my nasty tasting flax seed oil on the rest to make the rest of the floor look good.:p

I too turned on the vita-mix without the lid. Well, I did that once, now I never forget!!
Think of this, though, luckily that was not a steaming hot, oily meat or dairy based. You will never be burned on raw!!

OMG! That is hilarious! I'm so sorry, but it made me laugh when I read it!
