Alissa's Premium Enzymes

Hello all I need your help.

I have a friend that bought Alissa's Premium Enzymes, I told her how great they are, she started using them and she says that now she can't sleep? I never experienced that so I'm wondering if any of you have? If so, can you tell me if it ever subsided.

Hi Tanisha! I'll add my two cents here: You don't know if it's the enzymes or not - I would tell her to stop taking them for two weeks and see what happens with the sleep.

Just a thought: maybe the enzymes are so darn good for her, she's on a high and she's used to feeling sleepy and lethargic.

What is her goal in taking them? For a particular issue?

My friend is taking them because she currently eat cooked food and plans to go raw. I think I will tell her to stop for a while and see what happens, that is a good idea. She told me before she got the pills that most things seem to work on her very fast. I didn't think enzymes would make you not sleepy though.
