I am new to eating raw and an wondering if Im eating to much almond butter and almonds. I am eating raw almond butter and have been soaking the almonds. Is it still possible to over consume? I know there is a lot of good fat there but is it too much?

Normal "raw" almonds from the grocery stores in the US are now pasteurized and therefore not raw. Don't know if that effects you or not.

Are you having some problem that makes you think you might be consuming too much almond butter?

I believe that it is possible to eat to much, when you first go raw you don't have to worry about it but in the long run we shouldn't overeat our foods as overeating isn't good for us.

I love Almond butter and I can eat way to much, with my banana and raisins mixed in so I don't buy almond butter often, and like KatK said almonds are pasterized now, although you can find unpasterized almonds in Alissa's store.
