Hi guys! A little bit about myself:
I'm a senior in high school. For the past 16 1/2 years of my life I had been on the SAD/High MSG Chinese food diet. I never exercised. Needless to say, I was overweight, though not extremely obese. I decided I had enough of getting winded from climbing a single flight of stairs, so around 5 months ago I started watching my health.
First I cut out all the junk food and started running daily. Then I switched to a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet. After reading about the harms of milk and dairy products, I dropped dairy and eggs. Now I'm starting to eat raw since I've heard nothing but fabulous results!
I hope to learn much from everybody on these forums!
