I'm 18 years old, 5’0” in height and 122 pounds in weight. I'm in 6th grade, and I'm having a fitness test on the middle of this month and I'm a little nervous. It's not that I'm not athletic, but this pretty much shows the coaches if you're in shape or not. And play a lot of sports. But the problem is I'm afraid I'll get a stomach ache or something and not be able to do my best. Can you tell me how I should get ready for the fitness test on that time?
