Stuffed Mushrooms with a KICK!
Soak 1 cup of pumpkin seeds overnight.
Take 6 large portabella mushrooms wipe them off first, and making a hole in the bottom, not all the way trough for the stuffing.
Preheat your dehydrater.
Take 3 small jalapeno pepper and chop them up along with a sweet red pepper.
1 medium red tomato.
2 sundried tomato slices.
Put it all in your food processor and blend for about 3 min. it wil be crunchy and then while blending for 2 min. add a drizzle of olive oil.
Take the mixture out and spoon into the mushrooms.
Put them in the warm dehydrater for 45 to 1hr and when you take them out they will be warm and yummy, if you want you can add some seasoning of choice.
