Msm is expensive..
I was just wondering if it would be possible to to use epsom salts as a replacement for msm..
Epsom salts is magnesium sulfate just wondering if the sulphur content could be enough to replace the msm and do the same job
I just got a 5Kg bag of epsom salts today for £8!!
What a saving if its true ;)

If taken internally, Epsom salt is a laxative. So I don't think it would work for MSM. Perhaps it would work for an external application? I really don't know. You can soak in it for certain skin conditions like psoriasis.
I don't personally find MSM to be expensive at all. In fact I think it is rather cheap. But I guess it depends on your source. I get many of my supplements from Swanson online.

Yeah should have said externally...
The skin absorbs all the goodness.. Just wondering what the ratios where between them..
Msm isnt that expensive but compared to a 5kg bag for £8.. its no contest.. :)

Most msm is derived from garlic so why not go to the source and eat fresh raw garlic ? Thats what I use :)
