Hi,
Does anyone else have this problem? I find it really hard to get them off the teflex once I've dehydrated them a few hours & I want to turn them over. Should I be using some oil on the sheets? Thanks-Sandy :)

No, you need to dehydrate them longer. When they are dry enough, the teflex will come off easily.

I place mesh sheet and tray on top of the tray holding the ers and flip them together. Once turned it is easier to peel the teflon using a butter knife to lossen any moist areas.

Oh a butter knife, I have been using a spatula. I will try the flip trick too, thanks!

I have also converted my old Silpat from my cooking days to a "teflex" type sheet. It works great I just cut it to the right shape with a pair of scissors.

I do that too, then leave them in the dehydrator for a little longer to dry the top
