apple cider vinegar fast

is anyone interested on joining me in an apple cider vinegar fast? i work 2 jobs full-time. is it a good idea for me to fast when i am really busy?

Why do you want to fast? A raw diet, I would think, should accomplish whatever a fast would, only maybe not as quick. But you won't get as weak or tired, either, you can keep busy at the same time. Is there something specific you're fasting for?
