My boyfriend and me are going to go on Friday? Is it good? I really want him to like it as he has never really tried raw food before...and he's a meat eater on the verge of going vegetarian.

Please report back with details as I am will be over in spring and will be looking for good places to eat out!

Take a camera and get some food pictures - if you need to, tell them it's for a raw food board; I did that at Juliano's and RawVolution :) with great response

I will do. I think Vita Organic is all vegan, all healthy, some cooked some raw. I think the only all-raw place is Little Earth Cafe...I have never been there though! In fact the only raw food restaurant I've ever been to is Pure Food and Wine, which is amazing! Hoping to go to Go Raw Cafe when I go to Vegas in October.

I was there about 2 years ago and was disappointed at how little raw they had. I ended up eating cooked vegan.
It may have improved since but I certianly have improved. I would eat the raw now, regardless.

I couldn't get any pics because my camera ran out of charge :(
I thought it was a nice place, small cafe with nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Their menu has a guide to the sections of nutrition level - I can't remember what the other two were called but the raw/living menu was called ULTIMATE NUTRITION. I liked that :) They do both take-out and eat in. They also have a buffet option which is mainly cooked but has a few raw options, mainly salads. There was about a page of raw drinks and a page of raw foods. They had meals or crudite platter things. I remember seeing nori rolls, lasagne, and some kind of squash noodles on the menu.

I ordered buckwheat pizza and my boyfriend ordered falafels. While we were waiting I had some coconut water and my boyfriend had a smoothie. He also wanted wheatgrass shots when I told him how nutritious it was so we got a shot each as well. I was expecting him to gag at the wheatgrass since even I don't really like the taste but weirdly he liked the taste and sipped it! It was so sweet, he was getting really excited about the whole raw thing. He says he is going to go vegetarian for lent and was saying how when me and him are older we should open a raw cafe ourselves!

The food came, and it looked great. The falafels were in lettuce (really nice crispy lettuce, not limp soggy stuff!) with some chopped up cucumber and other salad veggies and some hummus. The buckwheat pizza was like a round mini pizza and the plate was garnished with marinated courgette (zucchini). Anyway, it was really, really delicious. The pizza crust had a great texture, the toppings had a really intense flavour, the cheeze was really fluffy and yummy and they worked together beautifully. The marinated zucchini was good too! Jonny really liked his food too, when he took the first bite he looked really surprised and was like - 'this is actually really really good!' and tried mine too which he loved as well. We didn't have time for dessert because we were late for the theatre...but I think there were 3 raw options on it, I can remember there was pecan pie and some banana-macadamia thing, all of which looked pretty yummy. The meals and desserts cost about £5.50 a piece, portions were not massive but definitely filling and satisfying.

We will be going back, Jonny said he wanted to go there again when we have time to have dessert and stuff as well :) He also wants to go to Little Earth Cafe which I think is 100% raw. And he has put in a request that I make raw pizzas for him next time he's round!

If you're going to be in London I definitely recommend the Soho area as far as raw eating goes. There's Vita-Organic and several juice/smoothie bars, and you could also hit Chinatown for young coconuts, durian and the like. Hope your visit is good! I will post back on Little Earth Cafe when we go, probably in a couple of weeks when my exams are over.
