Your picture from your birthday celebration is beautiful, so colorful.
I'm always looking for sandwiches that don't require bread.
Tell me how was it put together, what all was used to make it:)
It would be a nice thing to take on our upcoming trip and to have for lunch, please share.

Bethanie,
Glad you like it. Thanks.
Are you talking about this one?

The base is Ani Phyo's Sunflower Seed Bread, then I can't remember the exact spread I used as it was a wing it sort of thing so it was probably the mayo recipe from Alissa's book or you could use a nice cheese spread or any type of raw salad dressing, sliced tomatoes, then bean sprouts I bought at the grocery store, purple cabbage sliced, lettuce cut thrown on, sliced up avocado and some herbamare seasoning salt.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

I was looking at the picture with the tomatoes, it was made like a sandwich.
I like this one too.
Thanks
