I follow my dr's order. I can eat bananas except all other fruits, raw nuts, almond butter, veggies except sweet potato and salads. I wonder if any of you have any recipe to make a green smoothie with one or two bananas. Thanks!

My favourite green smoothie is 100g kale with 2 bananas. Also nice with spinach.

I would help if you would not mind providing us with what you are being treated for as there may be someone on the board who shares your same issue. Also know tha smoothies can be savory too with no fruit at all!:p
Cheers

Bobbie,
I bought the bunch of the spinach while there was lacinote(sp?) kale. I was not sure which kind of kale you use for the green smoothies. I will start tomorrow. Thanks!:)

Bobbie,
I drank the delicious green smoothie for lunch as I used your recipe today. I will try one banana instead of two bananas. Any lettuce can be used with banana(s)? Thanks! Smile!

Cathy,
What is inside the cocoa powder? How much sugar, carbohydrates, fiber, etc is in the cocoa powder? I don't have it here yet. I have to be careful what I eat because I have vertigo. Thanks!
