Hi everyone! I am BRAND new to this world and I really want to change my life with it!!

My SIL has been trying to get me into the RAW movement for a while and I think it's going to be perfect for me....... BUT I will need a lot of support because it will be a 180 change for me.

Can't wait to get to know everyone :)

Don't You Think It's Time To Treat Ourselves Like The Queen And King We Are? If We Don't Completely Love Ourselves, Who Will. So You Are On The Right Path To A Healthier You. Since You Have The Control Over Eating And Being Emotionally Healthy, Do It!!!! There Is A Lot Of Support On This Site And I Have Gotten Good Support. Start Your Blog. I Just Started Mine And It Helps To Journal. All Ways Remember, "what Do You Want Your Life To Look Like." Me, "happy, Healthy, Whole And Complete" And It Starts With My Eating For Health.
