Nutritional Yeast

I read about a nacho cheese recipe that contained nutritional yeast which I have none of, will it taste much different if I made the recipe without the yeast? thanks

The nutritional yeast is what makes it taste like cheese. Without it, it might not taste like cheese.

the cheesiest tasting yeast ive tried is LEWIS LABS brand .
