...that didn't include avocadoes?
The green color takes away from it. I would like to get friends interested in eating raw and the green color will put some off the idea of trying it:)
So please if you can help i would really appreciate it.
Thanks

You could use young coconut meat instead of avocado.

Why not make it Lime and then the color will go fine?
I do have a lemon pudding recipe though based on soaked brazil nuts, I never tried it. Well, I just opened my book to write it down and it opened right on the lemon pudding recipe page:
Lemon Pudding:
1 cup brazil buts, soaked overnight
8 dates, soaked 20 minutes (unless fresh)
Juice of 3 lemons
1 Tsp grated organic lemon peel
Puree all ingredients in food processor.
While we're on the subject of pudding, here's a butterscotch pudding I love:
Butterscotch Pudding:
1 cup dried apricots, soaked overnight
2 peeled bananas
8 dates, soaked for 20 minutes (unless fresh)
1 tsp vanilla extract (or seeds of half a vanilla bean)
1/4 cup almond butter
Put all ingredients in the food processor and puree, using as much of the apricot soak water as needed for a pudding like consistency.

if you used light or blue agave instead of dates to the above recipe it would keep the colour light as well :)

The Butterscotch Pudding sounds yummy, I think I'll soak some of my dried apricots overnight and make it tomorrow. Thanks!

I miss pudding sooooo much but now i can have it again and i can help my friends and my hubby.
He will eat avocadoes but i have to put them in a carob smoothie and hide it:)
All of them sound wonderful and i will get started this evening.
Now to make some raw granola and to add on top for breakfast i will have the whole day covered:D

The banana/avocado/other fruit blend is my favourite food ever. I make it every single day, usually with blueberries, but also with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, apricots, kiwi, cacao, or lemon.
I've never made lemon pudding without avocado however I have made the blueberry and blackberry when I'd run out of avocado by substituting with coconut oil. It didn't seem to make any difference!
So I would suggest banana, coconut oil and lemon. Also you could add some lemon rind or turmeric to make it more yellow.

Blackberry pudding:D
Do i blend up the blackberries with coconut oil?
Is that how you make the blackberry and blueberry pudding?

Yes - 150g blackberries or blueberries, with 1 or 2 bananas and coconut oil.

You can also add sunflower-greens and beansprouts without anyone noticing. (This is the only way I can get my mum to eat the ingredients of Anne Wigmores energy soup)
