New from Omaha

[times are a changin]

Well i've got a new job, cut my hair, so i thought i might change my diet while i'm at it. Nah, just kidding. I'm desperate!! although i have long hx of romances with being vegetarian, doing low fat, low carb, doing yoga, tai chi, running, swimming, etc, depending on my time, interests and employment, (can you tell i like variety?) now, nothing is working to budge the weight as i creep upwards. Menopause is not for the timid! so i get a christmas card from my great friend blazin jane and she introduces me to this and i can't wait! i've been sort of doing this the best i can by just jumping in and i've lost 4 lbs in 2days. Wow!

It's great that you are off to such a strong start. I too had tried everything else but I never felt as good as I do when I am raw. It is truly amazing. I am so glad your friend helped put you on the path to RFT.

Definately jump in and buy Alissa's book....I don't know how you could go raw and not take the time to read it. I'm sure BlazinJane has read it and can go on and on about it. Everyone who has ever borrowed my book and read it has gone out and bought it because you'll want to re-read it again and again, reference parts and use it as a recipe book. Good Luck!!! Judith
