Hello From Montana

Hello All,

My wife and I have been fluctuating in and out of a raw lifestyle for about a year now. I have finally committed myself to staying on track. I have lasted about four weeks only nine months ago. I felt great, in fact, I have never felt that way ever in my life. My family has a long history of cancer and more genetic diseases that I am looking to avoid. I wish you all the best as I hope you will do the same for me. :)

How's it going so far Ckirk? I'm glad you're going back to raw. My family has quite a history of cancer & diabetes. It can be overwhelming. Jump right in and start posting - can't wait to get to know ya better!!!:D
