I just got am email today from an Alissa-certified raw food chef/teacher in the area who is doing classes at Pyramid on West St. in Rutland, VT. If you're interested in level 1 certification, and are in that area, give Bill at Pyramid a call at 802-775-8080. Tell him Angie sent you, if you like.
