Hey Raw Friends- I'm getting into making raw sushi, as messy as it is for me, and I can't make a satisfying dipping sauce yet. Got any suggestions?

The asian dressing in this post is delicious and would work as a dipping sauce also:

p.s. I also use organic white onion powder instead of the green onions and I use red chili pepper flakes instead of the chili powder. It's so good it is addicting!

You could make the sesame sauce for Snowdrop's sesame chicken! I LOVE that and I imagine it'd go great.
Depending on what you've got in your sushi rolls you could also make tamarind dipping sauce:
(from RFRW)
1 cup soaked and strained tamarind pulp
3 tbsp maple syrup/agave
1 tbsp nama shoyu
1 tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt
or banana-tamarind dipping sauce,
Blend the tamarind sauce with,
1 small banana
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp minced ginger
1 small chili pepper, seeded
those sauces are great if you have asian-style ingredients in the sushi rolls.
or maybe plum hoisin sauce (RFRW again)
2 cups sliced fresh plums
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup mirin
1/4 cup nama shoyu
1/2 cup maple syrup (or agave)
1/2 cup ginger juice
pinch sea salt
Of course, if these are just for sushi you'll want to scale down the recipes.
