Convection ovens as dehydrators?

I have a question.....does anyone use one of these, or the other ones this style to dehydrate? Does it work well?

Oops, answered my own question.....low temp is still too high, 150.....

Mine has a lowest temp of 50, so I sometimes use this, and leave the door open and use an themometer as well to double, triple check.. works fine for now :o
