OMGoddess i can't believe what i just ate.
raw almond milk*
2 bananas
raw sprouted wild rice**
cinnamon
i can not believe how great this was. ohhhhhhhhh sooooooooooooooo gooooooooooooooooood!!!
*Almond Milk
1 c raw almonds soaked overnight - drain
Place in blender with a little celtic sea salt, a little olive oil and top it up with water. Blend for a few minutes. Strain. Take pulp and add 1/2 a blender of water and blend again. Strain.
Put milk in a glass jar/bottle and place in fridge to get ice cold.
Now take your pulp and put it on a dehydrator sheet and dry... then save it for another recipe!
**Sprouted wild rice
Place a little rice in a jar and add water. Put on the lid and lay it in your dehydrator for 12 hours. VOILA perfect rice!!!
This is my first 'real' recipe I created all by myself. I'm so proud!!! (ya I know, it's probably be done before but not by me) :P
