salt water on the MC

i've done the mc a couple of times. the last time i did the MC the salt water flush gave me problems after a couple of days... well i am going to the MC for about 3-4 weeks and was wondering if i could do the saltwater fluch every couple of days insted of every day... what are your thoughts on this?

I'm only doing my first MC at the moment so I don't really know but I can't see why not everyone seems to do what works for them really.. some people don't even do the salt water flush. So if doing it every couple of days works for you then do that I say!:)

Why not have the "Smooth Move" tea in the morning rather than doing the salt water flush?
