Transitioning off MC advice

I am going to start transitioning off the MC in 5 days and was wondering when I am drinking orange juice and the lemondade am I supposed to still have the tea and salt water flushes or once I start drinking the orange juice do I stop that?

When transitioning I just to the oj for 2 days and water and nothing else. I never did the SWF (just the tea).
