Chocolate Pudding~

Almond mylk
avocados
agave
raw cacao powder
vanilla
sea salt

One banana blended with either one papaya or one mango ala Alissa Cohen.

Can add a bit of cardamom for additional flavor.

cocoa to taste
agave or honey for sweetness.

A mango, a banana, some pineapple and some berries make a great fruit pudding! :)

3 bananas
4 Tbl. raw cacao powder

2 bananas
1 heaping tbs. cacao powder
Blend until smooth.

Mega simple banana 'ice kream' - tastes divine!
Peel and freeze ripe banana, then process in a blender until smooth. Add vanilla if you like. It's really creamy like regular ice cream.

Another favourite pud of mine is:

1-2 avocados
juice/zest of half a lemon
a few soft dates

Blend together for a really yummy lemon pudding.
