I'm starting BFL on Monday. What's a good portion of nuts/seeds, spread out over 6 mini-meals? About a tablespoon or two of seeds and 10 or so nuts?

Hi KittyMommy! We have a BFL thread going (I just bumped it for you, it should be near the top now) and there is a small group of us at different stages in our challenge. I'm finishing up week 4.

This is the second BFL challenge I've done, but the first was not raw!

As for nuts, I'm not sure. I only have them on special occasions b/c I gain weight when I eat them a break out for some reason. shrug.
