Body Brushing Question...

I have an irregular schedule, and would like to know what I should do about body brushing...

so - do you have to shower immediately after brushing? I only ask because I was thinking about brushing in the morning before I get dressed, and then after my afternoon workout, having my shower for the day.

I can't imagine it would be no benefit to do it that way... but (I think) part of the benefit to showering right after is that you get rid of some of the dead skin cells. You would still have the benefit to your circulation, though...

Well, you COULD do it that way if you want to go 'round looking "ashey" all day and leaving all the skin stuff on your clothes. :eek:
