I've read so many things about dairy being bad for people - but everything I've read refers to pasturized dairy. What's the scoop on raw (organic and grass-fed) milk, yogurt, kefir and cheese? I've read the old books by Dr. Norman Walker. He was a raw foodist that supposedly lived to 112 years old (or 118 depending on the source) and he had raw dairy on occasion.
Can anyone refer me to some good informantion (pro or con) regarding raw dairy?
Thanks!

This is a raw vegan/vegetarian forum so we do not even get into that type of discussion here in terms of advocating dairy...raw or pasteurized and for many, it's ethical reasons. You may wish to do some Googling for more answers if you are interested in the pros and cons of the health-related reasons for consuming or not consuming raw dairy. Thanks!
