i've been thinking that I've had the same new year's resolution for the past three years. And though I think I'm not the only one with the objective to lose weight, I also think that every year we say "it's going to be different, I'll actually do it". But I think we truly must watch ourselves in our everyday lives. Most of us, at the end of the day, tell ourselves that it was ok to overeat, that w.e it'll be different tomorrow. But really, truly watch yourselves in your everyday lives and realize that those extra pounds and illnesses HUNT our every move. And no matter how hard we try not to think about it, we end up in a picture somewhere and all we can do is destroy it. Is that how we want to live? Guys, 2008 has to be the year, and how about some deadlines, some consequences? Maybe not consequences, but I mean it. If I don't lose the weight I want to lose, I will shave my head, is that not motivating for a girl that gets complimented on her hair everyday? Even by complete strangers? I think so. So get on it. What will be your change and action?
