I am really stumped- I've had the sniffles and sneezing for about a week now- I am not sick, feel perfectly fine, but isn't this the wrong time of year for allergies? I did get hay fever in the spring (before raw) but this is happening indoors as well as out. The only thing different now is my addiction to raw cocoa and my daily "milkshakes". Could that be the cause????
I've been raw just over 5 months.
Thanks-
Cindy

I suppose it depends on what you are allergic to. I was tested in the fall and I am allergic to cats (didn't know), dogs ( suspected), trees (you have got to be kidding), and grass (hmm..no wonder I haven't been able to stand the smell of fresh cut grass for years).
So my allergies are year round b/c I am constantly exposed to the cats...and being in florida, the other stuff (they just don't stop cutting the grass down here!).
Also--maybe your sense of smell has gotten more sensitive and some allergies you didn't know you have--have peaked up.
I can always tell the difference between an allergic reaction and a cold---they umm...taste different to me  .
Some people are allergic to chocolate...maybe you are sensitive to it? Just a thought.
Not all colds manifest into full blown ick fests either--so maybe it is just a little cold and your body is better able to handle it.

Thanks rawma- no cocoa for me today and still stuffy but feel great- sure hope I haven't developed an allergy to my dog.
