There is sooo much conflict-
But are we suppose to drink spring water or distilled water?
and for enemas, what kind of water?
Anybody know of an inexpensive filtering water system that you like? Wellness water...?

They say that the best filtering system is "reverse osmosis" and you should fit one if you possibly can. If you can not do this then even a jug filter is better than nothing.
For enemas I would filter the water and then boil it and allow it to cool.
Please try to avoid buying bottled water. I have read that it takes 4 gallons of water to produce one plastic bottle.
Lots of people are against using distilled water but others think that it is the best so research it and decide for yourself. I use it but when it is done I add some wheat berries to it to remineralise and then I place it on a magnetic coaster in the sunlight for a few hours.

I use a WaterWise dispenser and add Water Max (from Hallelujah Acres) It's
a water supplement with ionic sea minerals.
