OMG

So I haven't had organ meat in like a decade
but I do have fond memories of liverwurst and club crackers

Anyway today I took a handful of left over marinated 'shrooms (marinated in braggs and olive oil) blend with a piece of onion and two handfuls of raw pecans

Oooo I loved the "organ meat" in Munich! Sorry, umm thanks I will try that. Did you dehydrate it or just eat it neat as a pate??:rolleyes: Maybe we can roll it into a big log and shave of thin slices - I could pass it off to my DD as bologna! Lol

Just ate as a room temp pate, but the shrooms I used were marinated and dehydrated the day before
