I'm not! I've had too much of my own. Just remember: life is way too short to even even entertain the negative garbage we can let our thoughts take us to, no matter how valid they seem. It will make us sick, right to the soul, open you to serious disease, and make only you miserable. And most of what we bother to think negative about will make not an ot of difference in the scope of our life or anyone else's. Hold every thought captive and and ask " does this give to or take away from the life I want to live?". I don't know what else to say, but I hope you can get through it soon. Maybe try some essential oils, lavender is good. Take some walks, do something constructive for a sense of instant gratification, write down what's really bugging you and burn it. Just some thoughts, you want to be the best you can.

I absolutely love your reply - i think this is a way to go- i give in to negativity often and need to stop and change "subject" polarize thoughts by reversing everything or start to do something , but it is like an food addiction - habit first. Be the best you can be - i think it is a great reminder to stop wrong things.

Get out and move the energy! Breathe! Get some REALLY fresh air. THEN, write it and discard it. Let it all go out to the universe. It's only more junk you need to detox and your next level towards enlightenment. Carry on; you're doing wonderfully.

Yes - learning to let it all go - release it - open up and be free, i still work on the "let go" part -i see the progress. Somehow i can not be negative person, deal with negativity and think about sad things or people from the past. When it comes like an air baloon i at least push it away from me. I have vision of this happy me and that is all what counts. First step is always be aware - i guess.
