I am interested in starting this way of eating, i have been eating 100% raw for only a month now and would be ecstatic to carry on this way, but i'm not feeling as good as i should be, I eat alot of fat and am concerned about that. Does anyone have any interesting stories about their transitions from raw-vegan to low-fat raw-vegan? Did you find it was too much fruit? Not enough fat? How did you feel right away?
