Hello
I have made several tyes of crackers and they all taste great when they are done. The problem is they don't stay crisp. How does the raw crackers you buy in the store stay so crisp? :(

I have no idea how the ones in the store stay crisp, but I do two things, one is I keep them in ziplock freezer bags, doubled, AND if they are not crisp, I pop them back in the dehydrator for a few minutes.
Hope this helps.

LOL!!! The crackers don't last long enough in this house for this to be a problem. My suggestion... find a worthy soul to share them with. ;)

In this house on any given day I have a dozen souls to share with! That has not been a promble yet. Fortunately they all love them. LOL My problem is I need to make two or three batches at a time so I can make other things like the bread etc. My dehydrator is running all the time. Also I am testing recipes that I will take on a three week trip at seain July. I will try the company and see if they are willing to give up their secret.
