HELP! Raw Eggplant Bacon :Recipe Please

I could have sworn there was a recipe here but I have searched the banana and have had no luck. I told a friend about it and she promised her hubby she would make some and to make a long story short I now have NO recipe to give her!!!:eek:

It does not have to be made with eggplant that is just the one i remember reading about!

I went all through Alissa's book several times convinced it was in there because I've heard about it so much!
I tried out my new mandoline and it works great for the eggplant. Otherwise I heard someone say a cheese slicer will work.

No problem!
You know, I'll try a banana search and can't find what I want, then I just do a regular google for the same thing and a lot of times the link I want on rawfoodtalk will pop up! That's what happened to me today with this recipe.
BTW, I've already eaten four slices of the "bacon" and it is no where near done!
Hubby has had 3 :) Good thing it is close to bedtime so we'll have some actually done to try!
