Frontier Seasoning has silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent in their mexican blend and chili powder.

I want mexican seasoning for recipes but don't want to eat silicon dioxide.

Does anyone know of an organic brand that doesn't use this additive in the chili powder??

thanks!

I would dehydrate the chili peppers but I can't seem to find fresh organic peppers either.

just use fresh cumin, chilli (dried red peppers) and cilantro:D

thanks, those were my thoughts exactly, but I can't find organic peppers... oh well, for now it's cilantro and cumin only, which is still pretty good.

some things just seem hard to find organic... peppers, jicama, parsnips, etc... :(
