Need MC advice!

I would like to do the MC for the next 10 days. BUT.....I am a teacher and I just can't leave my second graders and run across the school to the bathroom whenever "it" hits. (My room is the farthest away from the restroom.)

Do you experienced fasters have any ideas for me? Can I do the SWF after school instead?

I definitely wouldn't say I'm EXPERIENCED (I'm on day 6 of my juice fast) but I did try the SWF three days ago for the first time. For me it took about 30 min to "work" but the I didn't want to be away from the restroom for another 1 hour and 30 min (I was in there about every 15-20 min.). So, my suggestion would be to try it on a weekend so you have an idea of what to expect, I would imagine everyone is a little different.
