which plate for wheatgrass in solostar juicer

Help. I need to make some wheat grass juice now and I forgot which plate to use. I think it is the blank but i am not sure.

NOOOO dont use the blank plate! :) youve probably figured that out by now though. the blank plate with no holes/screen in it is for homogenizing. ice cream, pate, etc. you want the regular one with the screen in it to juice the wheatgrass
