I'm (FINALLY!) Back!!!

Howdy! It's been an intense last few months, but I'm on the other side of it all, & have been moving in the direction of 100% raw again sinse the start of november, & will be as of tomorrow, January 1st!

First, in the summer, I was diagnosed with MS, after a 2 week episode of barely being able to walk, among other symptoms...(nothing sinse...)
...then, October 31st, I was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer, the fast progressing, aggresive kind...before I even had time to get back to 100% raw, I prayed for a miracle, & God, in His infinate mercy, healed me!!! (I wrote about it on my blog, so won't get into it here...) It was a MAJOR wake-up call...

I had recently moved next door to McDeath's, (Can they sue me for callin' it that?) & was struggling, eating more meat the past few months than I have in ages!! (*GAG*) I KNOW that (& french fries!) had something to do with the cancer's sudden appearance, I felt worse & worse by the week (even while trying to eat as much raw as possible!)

...my weight has fluctuated, my body responds so quickly to Raw, & just as quickly the pounds pile right back on with any portion of SAD food, even when I'm still 50%-75% raw...so I've faced facts, & accept that for me, 100% is best...so I've signed up for January's challenge, ready & rarin' to go!!!

I LOVE new beginnings...reminds of that Bible verse, "God's mercies are new every morning!"
Something tells me 2008 is THE year for the TOTAL healing & RAWstoration I need!!!

When you get a chance - check out beppa's blog... she was also diagnosed with MS and has healed herself thru RAW foods....

It's good to be back...it's funny how sometimes it takes time to come to the place of being fully surrendered & really, truly, 100% ready!

Wouldn't it be nice if just WILLING it to be so MADE it true?!?!?!? Ya gotta START there, but then, the mountains still gotta be climbed!

I'm FINALLY completely there...& yes, only by the grace of God!!!

Anastazia...Ireland... I'm back, too!!! This is probably the 9th time I've started again, but as long as we get back on raw at least one more time than we get off it, we're doing better than most of the world.

But, of course, this is THE year for us, right?? We're stewards of these incredible miracles we so easily shrug off as "just a body". We're temples of the Holy Spirit. How can He work freely in us if He's mired down by cholesterol and slogging around through fat cells? (I know, it's not like that really, but then again... when our physical lives aren't optimal the spiritual suffers as well -- and vice versa.)

SO glad you're back too!!!! Yay! I couldn't agree more with this post, by the way. How many of His people are laid up ill, or dumbed down at the least? They're not able to be all He needs them to be, you know? I'm so glad you're back on the raw path! many blessings!!

Thanks for checkin' out my blog, (I've really enjoyed checking out yours,too!) & yes, returning to raw does bring such joy, & peace, cuz I KNOW it's what God has called me to do, out of His amazing love!

When I think about all the years eating fake foods when He made the real thing sooooo delicious & life-giving, it's so clear that His ways are MUCH higher than ours!!!

& Hello, Lily! Thanks, it's been so good to be back, & starting over, it really does feel so different this time!

I actually kinda started again in November, after I was healed, but there was so much going on, I wasn't consistant, or exercising much, but now things have slown down a little, & getting healthy again has moved to the {almost} top of my list of priorities! That in itself makes such a difference!

Thanks for bringing this post up again, I forgot about it, it was really good to re-read it & remember how I felt 3 weeks ago about starting over!

When I stay focussed (& prayed up!) it really is easier by the day!:D
