When eating only raw one's body is sensitive to chemicals. Can I use shampoo and hand soap without getting sick or breaking out in a rash? I'll only use either vanilla or strawberry/cream scented if I have to use special one's that you may know of.
What raw foods would I use to prevent diarrhea or relieve a headache?
Can I eat soaked beans or is that going to do something bad to me?

I bought Foods that Heal when I bought my juicer..it has nice info on various fruits and veg to know what can help those ailments.
I'm sure I am still chemically laced from my shampoos--but I can't afford a fridge full of fresh fruit and veg AND organic everything in my bathroom. I have added some organic makeup to my mix that a friend of my makes who is also raw.
But in 5 days--I have seen improvement in my health and well being just from being 2/3 raw each day.
Also, I am not completely organic either on the food.
Is this ideal...maybe not, but it is what I have to do just get do what I can get.
The only other option for me is the SAD...and I am tired of being a fat moody and depressed slug b/c of what I eat.

Are you using them now? Raw will "maybe" eventually make you want to change. In the meantime... go raw!

Prevent? Relieve? Are you expecting these to happen or are these problems currently?
Eating raw is a way of healing oneself naturally. Personally, I don't do things "allopathically" meaning, IF I get "sick" I take this or take that. For me, eating raw prevents what you are talking about and if it happens, I continue eating raw knowing these things will pass as they are most often signs my body is detoxing things I don't want in me.

You can do anything you want. Question is, why do you want to eat soaked beans? There are certain ones that are easier and better for soaking and sprouting than others. If you search the "sprouting" section on this forum, that information is there.
Most of all, get Alissa's book and dvd's (if you've not) and GET STARTED!!!
