Here's what I know I have on hand.....and limited $$$ to buy more stuff, but a few dollars to buy some "regular" food at the grocery store
Here's what's on hand:
pumpkin seeds
walnuts
dried almonds
flax seeds
zuchini
nori
purple cabbage
tomatoes
a couple of avos
raw cacao nibs
NO...I REPEAT NO COCONUT OIL:( (I do have olive oil)
clementines
bananas...lots of those
raisins
frozen blueberries and cherries
That's about it.....
I'm in the mood for a crunchy type snack......at least right now...
I also have nutritional yeast, and lots of spices.....
I want something simple...if it's too complicated, forget it..
THERE'S THE CHALLENGE!!!:D

peel bananas and drizzle with clementine juice, let set for a few minute, sprinkle with cinammon then roll in a blend of all your nuts and then freeze on wax paper
Nori wrap spread with a nutritional yeast and nut butter mixture, filled with purple cabbage shreds and zuchini spirals and diced avocado
soak flax tonight for tommorow, then make a zuchini flax cracker, blend in raisins for sweetness or seeds for crunchiness. Serve the crunchy salty flax with avo and tomato or the sweet zuchini bread type flax with a nut cream cheese with a cacao nib on top
make a slushy instead of a smoothie with frozen fruit and clementines and lots of ice
make a spicey cracker with seeds and flax and spicey seasoning
soak tomatoes in olive oil and dry italian seasoning blend

LifeAGift: These are wonderful ideas! I just needed to something fresh, not too involved. I've already got some flax seeds soaked, so I am going to make crackers, and those bananas you suggested, they sound YUMMY! I'm also going to make some of my flax crackers sweet, and some flavored with Italian seasoning and nutritional yeast.
Thanks for so many great ideas!

crumbel the nut mixture first, it sticks better to have anear fine dust as opposed to bits and pieces:D

lifeAgift: I have tried the bits and pieces before and they didn't stick....now I know why! I am making these as snacks for later!!
Thanks again!

Next time you have soem sort of raw cacao powder or carb , you could also blend that with your avo to make a puddding then dip the banana then freeze:p
Honey or agave are the best stickies of course but I didn't see thsoe on your list.
Date syrup works well too, oh you have raisens maybe you could make a sticky goo from them

Thanks! I do have agave....and honey. I forgot to list those!
Chocolate pudding dipped banana slices sound great! How about that sprinkled with some "nut powder"!! See, just listing ideas has got me thinking!
By the way: I made the bananas drizzled with clementine juice, and rolled in almond powder.....froze those, and they are soooo yummy! Thanks for that idea! I"ve tried to make bananas rolled in nuts before, but I guess I made the nuts too big.
Thanks!
