I believe that the people who do not get enough protein are the people who do not get enough calories.
Most of the western world suffers from too much protein which puts great strain on their system. It has to be broken down before it can be expelled. The products of this breakdown are acidic and so calcium is leached from your bones to nutralise it.
People should be asking "How can I reduce my protein intake" and not the opposite.

I would only be concerned if you were eating too much Protein ! There is a formula put out by the World Health Org and it is a fairly low number. For me, 5'6 " and 128 pounds my formula was about 48 I think. Easy to do on Raw ! :D

There is a great book called "The China Study" (http://www.thechinastudy.com/about.html) by T. Colin Campbell.
I highly recommend it! Lot's of information about the misinformation that's out there. Knowledge is Power!!!
Happy reading :)
