I'm wondering if I'm eating enough. This is pretty much what I've been eating since going raw.

Morning- Green Smoothie. (few cups of spinach, carrot, apple, banana, cayenne, acv, water) I may add celery, ginger, red cabbage, maca or any of a few other vegs to the above. And a handful or two of almonds, walnuts etc..

snack- banana, grapefruit, apple etc

Lunch- Salad- usual nuts, fruits, and veg

Dinner- Pretty much the same as breakfast.

I'm not hungry, dizzy, or fatigued. Should I just continue on the way I'm going?

Sure. If you are just starting out...or transitioning....it is always a good idea to eat too much healthy food...rather than too little. Just my opinion.

This is what i eat now and it works for me - i am not hungry. I add seaweed to my smoothie and have some bee pollen and orange juice before green breakfast.

I have been eating spinach salads and carrots, I thought I was over eating too. Usually like an hour later after my spinach salad I would eat a bowl of regular salad which is iceberg lettuce with raw toppings like shrooms, tomatoes, and bean sprouts. Sometimes I feel like I am over eating raw but then I tell myself it's healthy it has no fat so enjoy it!

What I eat varies from day to day mostly now because I am pregnant and experiencing some nausea.

I think that you are eating enough but you are missing Essential Fatty Acids and they do not call them Essential without a reason.
I suggest that you add some crushed flax or hemp seeds to your morning smoothie or some flax oil or udo's oil

Thanks for the heads up.
