Hello, folks! I just wanted to share my happiness with you since you're all so instrumental in giving me the support I needed. I've been between 90 and 100% raw since April 1st and I weight less now than I have in 7 years! I weight about 168 now and I was about 185 when I started raw. But my heaviest was about a year and a half ago when I was at 220.

For the first time since I was 14, I'm in a bikini! Granted, I'm not going into public with it yet... I need a little more exercise first lol, but I look good! I'm getting ready to go into the back yard to catch some sun. I'll be giving the construction workers next door a thrill if they aren't blinded by my amazingly white belly. :D

TY, all. I needed all the support I got from each and every one of you. The sun was grand and I have a bit of color now dispite the fact that my doggies kept licking off the coconut oil...
