does anyone have any expereince with this brand? it sounds very good. i was recommended this oil from a raw foodist that i met, but there really isn't too much inforamtion here about it. when i did the search and just had it listed by titles, only 2 posts came up and they didin't have really any info. on it. the person who recommended it said that using cocout oil in my diet alone would cause me to become deficient in the other healthy fats our bodies need. i understand that and it makes sense, but it's not like i don't eat other healthy fats from actual raw food sources. i do include avocados, brazil nuts, almonds, walnuts, flax, etc, etc in my food consumption (not diet, this is a lifestyle:D) regularly. (i don't eat all those nuts and seeds everyday, but over a weeks time sapn will have included all those in my diet). i do take 3 TBSP. of coconut oil on a daily basis though because it has helped with a lot of things for me. so i'm just curious if anyone has more knowlege about this product? do you think it would be a good idea to include this into my lifestyle? and if i were to, i know that i would need to cut out some of the coconut oil consumption so i am not getting TOO much fat. so how much coconut oil should/would i take out and repalce it with this udo's oil blend? i know i should follow the manufacturer's directions if i were to take this, but i guess i'm looking to see if anyone has more expereince with this oil. thank you for any advice.

Hello,
I use the udo's oil brand daily the 3-6-9 blend. From the information I have read it seems good. You can do a google seach and it comes up. However; I do not know if if will be totally raw because it states low heat. Also, I do not know about adding it to your routine of coconut oil or taking away the coconut oil. You will have to do some research on that if you decide to go with the udo's oil or if someone knows who will response to you. I do not know if this will help. I just wanted to let you know I use it and if you do a google seach the website has information on it. Good luck to you.

I use it as well.
I know that Udo did a lot of research before he decided what to put in it which is why he called it "Ultimate Blend".
I also think that he was an honourable guy so I thrust it.
The only thing that I would sub for it would be flax oil.

I have been using this for seven years. I started in when pregnant in the UK and was so happy to find it sold here in the US.
My two kids (3&7) have it almost every morning. The youngest LOVES it the eldest, well not so much, Lol.
It's a great product. Look up his website and have a good read. You can take the ingredients list and so research on your won about each and the pros and cons. If you are going to take an oil I strongly recommendt this one. Good company.

How do you use it? Do you just have a tablespoon or so in the mornings? I used to do this all the time with olive oil.

Does anyone know at what temp it's processed at? Wouldn't oil be particularly sensitive to heat?

You will only find it in the refridgerated section in the store and must store it in the fridge at home.
If it is not refridgerated in the store do not buy it (same with flax oil)
