Are there any culinary colleges that offer raw/living foods courses/classes?
Any information, leads or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks,

Alissa has many Living on Live Foods teachers across the U.S. that offer courses from basic food prep to Teacher Certified!
Check them out and see if there is someone (http://www.rawteacher.com/teachers.php) in your area.:D

Living Light in Fort Bragg, CA
Personally, I've done research and chose Alissa's training, but it's out there.

I do not believe that any of the major (or minor for that matter) culinary schools that offer 4 year degrees offer anything that could be considered a "raw" education..
The only "raw" education currently taught in such schools will be during the Garde Manger portion of the curriculum..
Even at the CIA, Garde Manger consists only of 1-2 weeks out of a 4 year curriculum..
The so-called alternative schools & classes that have already been mentioned are currently the only way to receive raw foods preparation training; other then apprenticing in & working for an actual raw restaurant in order to gain real world experience..
Eating raw & preparing raw foods is SOOOOOOO far beyond the experience & mindset of the majority of humans, that they just cannot wrap their minds around the concept, much less accept it..
Sad chefs & cooks, especially those with decades of their lives invested in restaurant careers & teaching in culinary schools will, IMO as a former SAD chef, be the last bastion to truly accept raw eating as a way of life..
They just have too much invested in the SAD way of cooking to easily change their minds..
When you think about it, their entire way of life is going to be threatened by any form of mass conversion from SAD eating to eating raw..
So, look to the alternative schools & classes for any formal raw foods chef's training..
Good luck,
Bruce
