Hopefully this question will make sense, lol... It's just something I am curious about.. For those that have been raw for long term, have you noticed any decrese in the knots and tension in you neck and back?

Yes, especially when I move.... meaning get out and get my body moving.

Weirdly enough -- yes :eek: ... and I have metal plates and fusion in my neck! But the pain is waaay less now than before when I was eating a very SAD DIEit...

that's one benefit of raw that I was really not expecting -- but I am sooo glad I have been blessed to be experiencing!!
