I copied out the paragraph listing the alternatives and emailed it to myself. It is possible that I will need to relieve pain some day and they seemed like very good sugestions. I will paste it here as well.

My bf takes alot of aspirin when he has headaches - he says it is the only thing that works - but he takes more than he should a day.
